My name is Andrea and live with my westies in the Moravian-Silesian Region which is located in the northeastern part of the Czech Republic, on the borders of Poland and Slovakia.
I am a dog lover in general and my first dog was briard female Annie and then her son Charlie. Thanks to them I discovered the world of dog shows. My beloved briards passed away in the age of 11 and 8 years and I really miss them!
Annie Charlie
When I was a child I admired terriers and kept collecting books and postcards related to them. Then I realized my dream was a westie, but it wasn't common breed in my country. During briard shows, I always escaped to westie showring.
Later in 2006 my dream had come true and I purchased puppy bitch Meggie (Mac Gregor bloodline) and I couldn't wait to get into world of westie shows. But coming year we moved to Doha, Qatar so my ambition ended somewhere in middle-eastern desert :( Time to time I and Meggie escaped on plane to some shows in Czech, Slovakia or Poland, but missed experience and Meg didn't show perfect though she got nice critiques and placed well at the end. But still I wished better results and Meggie proved she wasn't keen on shows. She is my sweetheart with good pedigree so I thought she deserved good quality groom :) for her first litter. I was fortunate enough to know Jennie Griffiths who agreed to use her Freddie (Ch. Karamynd Play the Game) as a stud.
In 2008 I applied for kennel name WHITE GALLARDO at FCI - Belgium and since 14 October 2008 held this kennel name.
The same time of our visit in England Meggie got westie friend Rose, my second bitch Karamynd Wine and Roses. I am really thankful to Jennie and Derek Griffiths for her!
In year 2009 Meg gave birth to her first litter and Rose has begun her show career...........
